Biography
Carlos Rafael Cruz was born in Manhattan, New York, New York. Cruz served in the U.S. Navy from 1988 to 2000. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix in 2008. Cruz's career experience includes working as a licensed real estate agent in California, with a technology based consulting company, and with a creative marketing and communications company.[1]

We need effective leadership that will stand up for our rights in the region. Carlos does have the right background to be that champion.
The residents of District 28 need a leader with real-world experience who understands how we live. We do not need someone who was raised as a politician who is part of the very system that is failing us.
