Carlos Urias

Carlos Urias is the judge for the Culberson County Court in Texas. He was first elected in 2010. He was re-elected in 2014, effective January 1, 2015, for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Urias defeated incumbent Manuel Estrada Molinar in the Democratic primary. He was elected after running unopposed in the general election.[3]
