A Carlson-Primrose Road District Formation measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Coos County, which is in Oregon, where it was approved.
This measure formed the Carlson-Promrose Road District with a tax rate of $1.25 per $1,000 of assessed valuation to fund operating costs. The approval and formation of this road district is dependent on the dissolution of the Carlson Road District in a ballot measure on this years election ballot.[1]
