Carmen Alvarez
Carmen H. Alvarez was a presiding judge on the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. She started serving on the Appellate Division since August 1, 2007.[1] She retired on March 27, 2022.[2]

Alvarez received her bachelor's degree from Bryn Mawr College and her juris doctor from Catholic University Law School.[1][3]
