Biography
Carmen Morales earned a B.A. in speech communications from Montclair State University, an M.A.S. in administrative science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and an Ed.S. in education leadership, management, and policy from Seton Hall University. Her career experience includes working as a preschool teacher and education coordinator at the North Ward Center and as vice principal and principal at the Essex County Schools of Technology.[1]
