Carmen Toft was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 10 of the South Dakota House of Representatives. She withdrew in May 2012 after being cited with driving under the influence.[1]

She is the Public Affairs Manager at Planned Parenthood South Dakota.[2]

Toft initially declared to run in the 2012 election for South Dakota House of Representatives District 10. Toft and Barb Kavanaugh ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on June 5. Toft withdrew after the primary.[3]
