Carol Crouse held an at-large seat on the Davidson County Schools Board of Education in North Carolina. She was initially elected to the board in 2002. Crouse was defeated in her re-election bid in the general election on November 4, 2014.

Two at-large seats on the Davidson Board of Education were up for general election on November 4, 2014. Carol Burkhart Crouse was the only incumbent running for re-election. She ran against challengers Jenny Ball, Darren Barnes, Ralph E. Chappell, Dwight D. Cornelison, Brian Feezor, Jeannie Misenhiemer Leonard and Neal N. Motsinger.
