Carol Fletcher was the Place 5 representative on the Pflugerville Independent School District Board of Trustees in Texas from 2016 to 2019. Fletcher won in the general election on May 7, 2016. The school board election was nonpartisan, though Fletcher identified as a Democrat in April 2016.[1] She did not run for re-election in 2019.
