Two candidates, Arlo Chavira and Carol Gregg, competed for the Position 1 seat since incumbent Luis Galvan did not file for re-election. Gregg was elected to that seat. Position 3 incumbent Donna Smith and Position 6 incumbent Ray Beaty were both running unopposed.
