Carol Lisa Phillips

Carol-Lisa Phillips is a Civil Division judge of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. She was appointed by former Governor Jeb Bush in 2003. She was re-elected in 2006 and 2012. Her current term expires in January of 2019.[1][2][3][4][5]
Education
Phillips received her B.A. degree from the University of Florida and her J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University. She was admitted to the bar in 1989.[6]
2012 election
Phillips was unopposed and automatically re-elected following the primary election on August 14, 2012.[7]
