Two John Doe investigations, beginning in 2010 and ending in 2015, were launched by Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm (D) into the activities of staff and associates of Gov. Scott Walker (R).[2] One of Valley's clients, Coalition Partners, LLC, was a target of the second John Doe investigation. Valley received a subpoena asking for four years of tax information for the organization and four years worth of all correspondence with anyone in the organization.[3]
