|- I want every resident of Milwaukee’s south side – in fact, every resident of Wisconsin – regardless of race, gender, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, or immigration status, to feel safe and respected where they live, work, and play.
- I want to be a bridge between the community and the policies made at the county level that impact our day-to-day lives. I am used to being the only one at the table representing my community, but when I take a seat at the table, I will bring my entire community with me.
- I care about working families, families of color, immigrant families, and people who are doing their best, but come up short due to how American and Wisconsin systems of government, bureaucracy, and the economy are organized. My family sacrificed greatly to give me the life I have, and I want to give back to my community and help people to not just survive, but to thrive.
