Caroline is a mother, wife and has been a successful businesswoman in the Houston area for the past 25 years. Caroline currently serves as CEO of Prosperity Management Services. Caroline leads a time-tested team of professionals in the full-service multi-family property management industry.

Caroline is running for congress to restore a government that works FOR the people and BY the people.

Caroline believes in substantially reducing the size and reach of the federal government and its agencies to promote free market solutions.

I am a constitutionalist who is passionate about reducing government spending, advocating for the physical and mental health of our veterans, securing our Southern border, protecting our second amendment rights, ensuring brighter futures for our next generation, fighting inflation and promoting economic prosperity for every day Americans.
Ronald Reagan
I believe that Ronald Reagan exemplified what it meant to be a true conservative Republican. He is the gold-standard for the ideals that today's Republicans should run on today. Donald Trump's term in office proves that these ideals are not dead.
Representing the interests of the constituents of the Congressional District they are elected to.
The Unites States' standing in the Geo-political realm is under threat from adversarial countries like China and Russia.

Our failing infrastructure needs to be restored to accommodate current and future commerce.
Term limits are overdue in Congress. Without term-limits, our members of Congress become beholden to special interests and lobbyists rather than their constituents.
Compromise should be made in the public eye rather than in back rooms.
The Biden Administration has failed in so many regards to provide transparency and disclosure to the American people. We should thoughtfully use investigative powers to uncover the origins of COVID-19 and the appropriated COVID-19 funds and any fraud that may have taken place under these programs. We also need to investigate the catastrophic withdrawal of US Troops in Afghanistan leading to the deaths of 13 service men and women and the abandonment of US support personnel in the region.

Campaign website

Kane’s campaign website stated the following:

Small Government:
A government that governs best, governs least. During the pandemic, tens of thousands of small businesses were shut down by big government, devasting our economy. A small business owner herself, Caroline will stand up to the politicians and bureaucrats straining small businesses with cumbersome and unnecessary regulations.

Secure Borders:
Border Security is National Security. With drugs, human traffickers, terrorists, and violent criminals pouring across our border every day, Caroline supports taking back the southern border by restoring the successful immigration policies overturned by the Biden Administration.

Affordable Cost Of Living:
Inflation and overregulation have caused the costs of necessities to skyrocket, straining the pocketbooks of Americans here in Houston and across the nation. Everything from groceries to gasoline and housing is far more expensive now than just a few years ago. Caroline will work to restore the American Dream by standing up to out-of-control spending to reduce inflation, lowering the cost-of-living, and creating new economic opportunities.

Affordable Healthcare:
Every American deserves quality, affordable healthcare. But, instead, Obamacare caused outrageous health insurance premiums and eliminated competition in the marketplace. Caroline believes we should continue to reform the Affordable Care Act to provide you with patient-friendly options featuring greater flexibility and lower premiums by restoring competition in the marketplace.

Caroline believes in protecting pre-existing conditions.

Personal Freedom:
Healthcare decisions should be between you and doctor. Caroline understands this principle is fundamental to your right to privacy. She will stand against any effort of big government to violate this right or dictate healthcare decisions to you.

Bright Futures:
Nothing determines a child’s future more than education. Despite its profound importance, American students continue to decline in key subjects, such as math and reading. It’s no coincidence this comes as schools have begun to shut out parents and teach controversial and outright inappropriate materials. Caroline believes we should teach children “how” to think, not “what” to think. She will fight for parents’ rights in education and work to get our schools back on track.

A Strong America:
Even with so many crises here at home President Biden and his Democratic allies in Congress are more interested in sending money abroad and meddling in others’ affairs than solving problems they create. Caroline supports keeping your tax dollars here at home, or better yet, in your pocket, while focusing on getting America back on track.[2]
