Carolyn Carter was the District 2 representative on the Liberty County Board of Education in Georgia. Carter won re-election in the general election on May 24, 2016.[1]

Three of the seven seats on the Liberty County Board of Education were up for general election on May 24, 2016. There was no primary. District 1 incumbent Verdell Jones, District 2 incumbent Carolyn Carter, and District 3 incumbent Carol Guyett ran for re-election without opposition.[1]
