Carolyn Justice
Carolyn Justice (b. May 13, 1946) is a former Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. She represented District 16 from 2003-2013, and served as Deputy Minority Whip from 2006 until her retirement.
Justice is a property management business owner. She and her husband, Bill, have two children, William and Robert.

On November 2, 2010, Justice won election to the North Carolina House of Representatives. She had no primary opposition but was challenged by Franklin Rivenbark in the general election which took place on November 2, 2010.[1][2]
