Carroll Hubbard
Carroll Hubbard (Republican Party) ran for election to the Kentucky House of Representatives to represent District 1. He lost in the Republican primary on June 23, 2020.
Hubbard served in the U.S. House, representing Kentucky's 1st Congressional District from 1975 to 1993. In October 4, 2019, Hubbard announced that he was switching his party affiliation from the Democratic Party to the Republican Party.[1]
Hubbard died on November 12, 2022.[2]

Hubbard ran for election in the 2012 election for Kentucky State Senate District 1. He was unopposed in the primary on May 22, 2012, and was defeated by Stan Humphries in the general election on November 6, 2012.[3][4]
