Carroll J. Tichenor was a judge on the Yamhill County Circuit Court in Oregon. The court has jurisdiction over Yamhill County and is located within the 25th Judicial District.[1] Tichenor retired on January 4, 2015, due to reaching to age of mandatory retirement.[2]
