Carroll Lee Ross
Carroll Lee Ross is a former circuit court judge for the Tenth Circuit Court in Tennessee.[1][2] He was appointed to the court by former Governor Don Sundquist in 1996 and was retained to the court in 2006. Ross retired from the bench on August 31, 2014.[3][4]
Education
Ross received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law.[5]
Career
Before joining the Tenth Circuit Court, Ross served as an assistant district attorney for the 10th Judicial District and as an attorney for McMinn County.[3]
