Biography

Carter Smith was born in Laurinburg, North Carolina. He served in the United States Army from 1991 to 1996. Smith received an associate degree in nursing from Richmond Community College and a bachelor's degree in nursing from The University of Phoenix. His professional experience includes working as a registered nurse. Smith has been associated with Carenet, Heartbeat International, the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates, and Mission Preborn.[1]
