Carville D. Duncan was a judge of the Orphans Court of Talbot County in Talbot County, Maryland.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since 2006.[2][3] Duncan was re-elected to the Orphans Court of Talbot County in 2014, winning a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[4][5] Duncan left office on August 2, 2018. [6]

Duncan ran for re-election to the Orphans Court of Talbot County.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 19.1 percent of the vote. He competed against Paul S. Carroll, Ron Frampton, John F. Hall, and incumbent Judge William J. Howard. Primary candidates competed for 3 seats. 
General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014. Three seats were up for election. [5][7] 

2010

Duncan was elected to the Orphans Court of Talbot County (along with William J. Howard and incumbent Donald E. James) in the general election on November 2, 2010. He received 25.67 percent of the vote.[8]

Education

Duncan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1965.[2]

Career

Duncan is a former regional director and senior vice-president of the Meridian Healthcare and Genesis Healthcare. He has also previously served as the president and chief executive officer for Health Management and Consulting, LLC.[2]
