Caryl Penney Privett is a civil division judge for Circuit 10 in Jefferson County, Alabama.[1] She has served as a judge for the court since January 2003 and her term would have expired in 2016.[2] Privett retired from the bench on January 16, 2015, before the end of her last term.[3]

Education

Privett received her B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University in 1970 and her J.D. degree from New York University in 1973.[2]
