My name is Cal F 'Cash' Jackson-Green, and I’m running for City Council in Virginia Beach District 7. I have a deep commitment to our community, with extensive involvement in civic leadership and associations like the Glenwood Community Association, the Virginia Beach Council of Civic Organizations (VBCC), and Indian Lakes Association. I’ve served as a City Council-appointed board member of the Library and as a member of the Process Improvement Steering Committee.

I believe in a platform focused on pro-business, pro-education, and pro-workforce initiatives. I’m a strong advocate for economic equity, supporting tax credits for businesses, especially those hiring veterans and investing in workforce development programs. My goal is to ensure that our district’s residents and businesses have access to resources that can foster growth and success.

In my campaign, I’m going door-to-door daily to meet with every resident, with the exception of the first Wednesday of the month, to listen to concerns and ideas. My commitment is to serve and represent all of District 7, which includes communities like Bellamy, Brandon, Centerville, and others."
