Ballot title
The ballot title for Homestead Property Tax Credit Measure is as follows:
| “ | Shall Cass County grant a property tax credit to eligible homeowners as authorized by Senate Bill 3, which would freeze the total property tax liability on an eligible homestead at the amount owed in the year the taxpayer first qualifies for the credit, except for increases resulting from voter-approved tax levies or new improvements to the property?
