  • NO 2,383 (27.6%)

This measure asked residents in the town if medical marijuana dispensaries should be prohibited as well as the growing of and sale of marijuana products.[1]

The question on the ballot:

Shall medical marijuana centers, optional premises cultivation operations and medical marijuana-infused product manufacturing be prohibited in the Town of Castle Rock, as provided in Ordinance No. 2010-25?[2]
