An effort to recall the five board members of the Cataldo Water District in Shoshone County, Idaho – Lisa Eaton, Ed Hanson, Cathleen House, Daniel Peterson, and Daniel Waldo – began in 2022. The recall petitions were approved by the Shoshone County Clerk in December 2022. Subsequently, all five board members resigned effective December 30, 2022.[1]
Replacement board members were appointed by emergency judicial order on February 14, 2023.[2]
