Biography

Catherine Goodman was born in Houston, Texas, and lives in Grapevine, Texas. She earned a B.A. in political science and Spanish from Southwestern University in 1991 and a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, Waco, Texas in 1994. Goodman’s career experience includes working as an attorney with Harris, Finley & Bogle, P.C. in Fort Worth, Texas. She volunteers as the president of the board of directors of Alliance For Children, which describes its goal as, “to protect the children of Tarrant County from abuse through teamed investigations, healing services and community education.”

Qualifications
To serve on a county court, a judge must:
