Catherine H. Remigio is a judge of the O'ahu First Circuit of Hawaii. She was appointed by Gov. David Ige (D) on February 9, 2017, and confirmed by the Hawaii State Senate on March 3, 2017.[1][2]

At the time of her appointment to the circuit court, Remigio was a judge on the O`ahu First Circuit Family Court in Hawaii. She was appointed to that position by Chief Justice Mark Recktenwald in 2011 to replace former judge Michael F. Broderick.[3]

Remigio earned a B.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the University of Hawaii.[1]

Prior to joining the family court, Remigio served as a per diem district court judge and circuit court grand jury counsel. Her professional experience also includes work as a partner at Bryant & Remigio, LLC, a deputy public defender for the state of Hawaii, and a law clerk for First Circuit Court Judges Thomas Kaulukukui, Jr. and Eden Elizabeth Hifo.[1]
