Catherine Peek McEwen is a federal bankruptcy court judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Middle District of Florida. She was appointed to the court on August 22, 2005.[1][2]

Education

McEwen received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 1979 and her J.D. from Stetson University in 1982.[2]

Career

Prior to joining the court, McEwen was a sole practitioner from 2001 to 2005. She was previously a shareholder with the firm Akerman Senterfitt & Eidson, P.A.[2]
