Catherine R. Rogers is a judge for the First District Court of Wyoming. She was appointed by Governor Matt Mead in February 2014 and assumed office in April 2014.[1]

Rogers won a retention election on November 8, 2016.[2]

Rogers received her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and her J.D. from the University of Wyoming.[3] Prior to her appointment to the First District Court, Rogers was a judge for the First Circuit Court. She has also previously worked as an attorney in private practice.[1]

Wyoming held retention elections for local judicial offices on November 8, 2016. Judges up for election in 2016 had to file for retention races by May 27, 2016. Catherine Rogers was retained in the Wyoming First District Court (Rogers Seat) election with 74.66 percent of the vote. [2]
