An application for a recall petition against Catherine Smith McKnight, member of the Augusta-Richmond County Commission in Georgia, was filed by Monique Braswell. The Richmond County Board of Elections determined that not enough valid signatures were acquired. To move the recall forward, the application needed to include the signatures of 100 voters, but the petition was found to have only 92 valid signatures.[1]
