Catherine Talkington was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 24B of the Idaho House of Representatives.[1] She ran unsuccessfully for the same seat in 2014.

Elections for the Idaho House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 14, 2014. Catherine Talkington was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while incumbent Stephen Hartgen was unopposed in the Republican primary. Talkington was defeated by Hartgen in the general election.[10][11][12][13]
