Cathleen B. Clarke
Cathleen B. Clarke was a judge of the Brevard County Court in Florida. She was appointed to this position by Gov. Lawton Chiles in 1998. She was elected administrative judge of the county court in 2001.[1][2] Clarke retired in 2016.[3]
Education
Clarke received her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 1975 and her J.D. degree from the University of Florida School of Law in 1979.[1]
Career
Clarke worked as an assistant state attorney, assistant public defender and part-time instructor for the Brevard Community College’s Law Enforcement Academy prior to joining the court. She was then appointed to the bench in 1998. She established the first mental health court in Brevard County.[1]
2012 election

Clarke was unopposed and automatically re-elected following the November 6, 2012, general election.[2]
