Cathy is a mother of three children in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System, former Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) president and an active community volunteer. She is a frontline stakeholder who will be a voice for students, teachers and parents. She is a Registered Dietitian with over twenty years experience working in the public health field. She believes in nurturing the whole child, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Every child in every school deserves to be healthy, safe, engaged, supported and challenged.
