Cathy Cummings was born in Kansas City, Missouri. She earned a high school diploma from St. Teresa's Academy in 1979. Her career experience includes working as a business owner and president.[1]

I want to address the horrific problems in our current OK County Jail. I will seek out the best and the brightest to come up with solutions to address mental health needs in Ok County. I am a great communicator. I have a proven track record of working across the aisle and will listen to everyone. Everybody has a seat at my table.
And more importantly being a great listener is vital to being a great leader! I am both!
