|- Quality of life is what matters most. We need real housing solutions so the people who work here can afford to live here — affordable, stable homes near job centers and transit, and a clear path to homeownership. Everyone deserves fair wages, career pathways that don’t bury them in debt, and vocational training that leads to good jobs. And by supporting small businesses, we can keep our local economy strong and vibrant.
- Access to affordable, quality healthcare isn’t just a right—it’s essential to building healthy communities and a strong economy. Every patient deserves to make healthcare decisions with their doctor, confident that their privacy, dignity, and autonomy will be respected. We must protect the rights of women to make their own healthcare choices, including access to contraception, cancer screenings, maternity care, and abortion services. And we must take on the rising costs that put care out of reach—by managing prescription drug prices and expanding access to mental health services for all who need them.
- Strong Education for Our Community and Our Future. Every child—no matter their zip code—deserves a fully funded, high-quality public education. Great schools depend on great teachers, and that means paying educators what they’re worth so they can build their lives and careers in our community. Our children deserve safe, supportive learning environments where they are encouraged to think critically, grow confidently, and prepare for bright futures.
We need smart, pragmatic policies that promote conservation, prevent reckless development, and protect our homes and businesses. Together, we can preserve our beautiful coastline, parks, and wetlands — vital to our wildlife, health, and local economy.
