Cathy Vitale
Cathleen M. "Cathy" Vitale (b. August 13, 1964) is a former Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 33 from 2011 to 2015. She resigned in February 2015 after being named a county circuit court judge.[1]
Biography
Vitale earned her B.S. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 1985 and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1989. Her professional experience includes working as an attorney.

Elections
2014
Elections for the Maryland House of Delegates took place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 24, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 25, 2014. Kostas Alexakis, Tom Angelis and Henry Green were unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Sid Saab and incumbents Tony McConkey and Cathy Vitale defeated Jamie Falcon, Jeff Ferguson, Jeff Gauges and Nora Keenan in the Republican primary. Saab, McConkey and Vitale defeated Alexakis, Angelis and Green for three seats in the general election.[2][3][4]
2010
Vitale ran against David Boschert, Tony McConkey (incumbent), Sid Saab and Vic Bernson in the Republican primary on September 14. She came in first and advanced to face Democrat Madonna Brennan in the general election.
Vitale came in first in the general election on November 2, 2010, winning the first of two seats in the district.[5]
