Biography Guillard is a lifelong resident of East Baton Rouge Parish. She is the co-founder of the Law Firm of Jackson & Jackson, LLC, where she has practiced family law for more than 19 years. Her practice focuses on matters involving children and families, including divorce, child custody, child support, and protective proceedings.
Guillard is a wife, mother, bonus mother, and grandmother. She has stated that she believes in unity that rises above race, gender, age, and political party. In addition to her legal career, Guillard is a licensed minister and community leader. She serves at I Need Thee Church and is the co-founder of Double Portion Outreach Ministry. She previously served as president of Gardere Initiative, Inc. for over a decade, where she worked on youth development initiatives, neighborhood engagement efforts, and community-based crime prevention programs.
Education Guillard earned her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center. She completed her undergraduate studies at Southern University.
