A Cave Creek Town APS Electricity Franchise question was approved on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Maricopa County, which is in Arizona.
This question authorized the Town of Cave Creek to grant a electrical franchise to the Arizona Public Service Company so that they might construct, maintaine and operate an electrical distribution system in the Town.[1]

“ | Question #1 on the ballot asks the voters whether or not a Franchise be granted to Arizona Public Service Company (APS) to construct, maintain and operate an electrical distribution system in the public rights of way of the Town of Cave Creek, Arizona, and future additions thereto, in accordance with the proposed agreement submitted by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Cave Creek, Arizona, to the qualified electors of the Town.[1][2] | ” |
