A Cave Creek Town General Commercial Rezoning Amendment ballot question, proposition 459, was approved on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Maricopa County, which is in Arizona.
This question authorized the rezoning of certain parcels of land in Cave Creek Town to change them from desert rural to general commercial zones.[1]

O2012-08 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF CAVE CREEK, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL TOWN OF CAVE CREEK ZONING MAP BY CHANGING THE UNDERLYING ZONE OF PARCELS 211-47-101A AND 211-47-102A, DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT 1 AND DEPICTED IN EXHIBIT 2, FROM DESERT RURAL (DR-89) TO A GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) ZONE.
