Ceasar Ruiz
Ceasar Ruiz was a 2016 Republican candidate for District 50 of the Texas House of Representatives.
Biography
Ruiz graduated magna cum laude from St. Edwards University. He serves as vice-chairman of the National Veterans Outreach Program, an organization dedicated to helping homeless veterans and their families re-transition into gainful employment and acceptable living conditions. Following high school, Ruiz served on the Army National Guard and then spent eight years with the U.S. Navy.[1]
