Adams ran for re-election for an at-large seat of the Toledo City Council in Ohio. Adams won in the general election on November 7, 2017.
Although municipal positions in Toledo are officially nonpartisan, Adams was affiliated with the Democratic Party.[1]
Biography
Adams worked for Toledo Public Schools as a teacher and administrator from 1973 until her retirement in 2008. She later served on the district's school board from 2011 until her appointment to the city council.[2]
