Thank you for electing me, Ceci Andrade Truman for California Congressional District 25!

I come from a military family background and believe we must improve our support of the military and veterans by passing legislation that provides funding for veterans' healthcare, education, and benefits.

I have been a small business owner for more than 10 years. I have been married 31 years to a wonderful man and highschool sweetheart. I was blessed with the opportunity to homeschool and graduate my three sons, who are thriving today!
  • I believe a free country must have transparent, fair and free elections!

The fairness and security of the electoral process ensures that elections are conducted in a manner that protects against fraud, manipulation, and other threats to our democratic republic. Key aspects include: Fairness: Elections must be free from interference and allow all eligible voters to participate. Transparency: The processes involved in elections should be open and clear to the public.

    • Security: Measures must be in place to protect against tampering and cyber threats.
  • Kids are our future! We must improve the quality of education, remove radical ideologies and Marxism from our curriculums and promote school choice so students have more opportunity for an optimal education. Education has been on the decline and test scores show that United States students are not internationally rigorous. Overall, U.S. K-12 education test scores are average or below average compared to other wealthy nations. Parents have the constitutional right to direct the upbringing and education of their children, which includes making decisions about their education in public schools. We must protect girls sports and personal spaces, i.e. Title IX. We must protect children from permanent, radical transgender mutilations.
  • I believe that in order to sustain our nation we must have a strong domestic and national security policies in place and enforced. Domestic and national security is the protection and defense of a sovereign state, including its citizens, economy, and institutions, from threats such as military attacks, terrorism, and other forms of violence or instability. It encompasses a range of measures and strategies employed by governments to ensure the safety and stability of the nation.
We must continue support policies that strengthen our economy and offer tax relief to hard-working citizens.

Current national policies focus on tax cuts aimed at providing relief to families and workers, with significant tax reductions implemented under the current administration. These policies are designed to stimulate economic growth by increasing disposable income, creating jobs, and encouraging investment.

Economic Strengthening Initiatives:

Pro-Growth Economic Agenda
Focus: Strengthening American workers, manufacturers, and energy producers.

Goals: Reduce reliance on foreign supply chains and drive sustained economic growth from within.

Job Creation: Policies aimed at accelerating job creation and boosting consumer confidence.

Ceci Truman is running for California Congressional District 25. Ceci (Cecilia Maria) Truman is a Hispanic, America 1st,Christian, principled constitutional conservative. She is the eldest of eight children , comes from a strong line of military servicemen and was raised in Santa Ana, CA where is she attended school from kindergarten to high school. She has been married for 30 years, homeschooled and graduated three successful young men and is a lifelong advocate for Parental Rights. She has stepped into the political ring to fight for our constitutional freedoms and oppose all far left ideologies. She strongly supports 2A, is a member of the USCCA, the NRA and CRPA (California Rifle & Pistal Association)
  • Secure the Border to Save Lives!
  • Reverse the destructive policies that have created the economic crisis the current administration has created in the last 3 years.
  • Restore Election Integrity and the people’s confidence on fair elections
Parental rights have always been a top priority for me. As a mother who successfully homeschooled and graduated my own children , I am a homeschool and private school advocate. And believe strongly in that the tax dollars should always follow the child.
My most impressionable memory while in high school was when Ronald Reagan became the 40th President of the United States from 1981 to 1989.
National Security , out of control spending and a flailing economy.
Pat , the wife of a late World War 2 veteran told the story to me of how her husband was to meet with the incumbent Congressman Raul Ruiz. The World War 2 Veteran was determined to meet with him and went there in his wheel chair to make the appointment. However he was stood up and Ruiz sent a young woman instead in his place. He was absolutely devastated and his wife cried sharing this story.

Campaign website

Truman's campaign website stated the following:

I am a pro-life, constitutional conservative who will fight!

America must return to being self reliant!

America is experiencing an inflation rise and paying more for gas at the pump. After promising many thousands of Keystone Pipeline workers that they would not close, Biden in fact shut down all systems with a stroke of a pen, day one, in office! Instead of America being a self-reliant and an exporter of our own natural resources, we have been purchasing gas from Russia. Now that sanctions are being put in place against Russia, the Biden administration is reaching out to terrorist nations such as Venezuela and Iran, begging for them to supply us with oil. This is pathetic! I will legislate to re-open our Keystone Pipeline so that we will once again be energy self productive.

We Need Order At The Border!

An issue plaguing our nation is the open border policy under the current regime. I am a Mexican American who believes we need “Order At The Border”. We need a LEGAL migration system(not an invasion), that will be enforced. The Biden administration will be lifting Title 42 this coming May. This not only jeopardizes America economically but is a national security crisis! It is incentivizing the cartels to take full control of our borders. Most of us are aware of the human smuggling and sex trafficking that is occurring at the border which is extremely disturbing. Children have been the prime target. Fentanyl is being funneled at unprecedented rates through these open borders and killing Americans by the thousands. These are travesties I will fight against! We are currently witnessing atrocious policies being implemented at our southern borders. As a result an invasion (not a migration) is taking place of unvetted, illegal aliens. In addition, the current administration wants to reward those coming with unprecedented priveleges and benefits. This must end immediately!

Stop Critical Race Theory and The Sexualization Our Children!

I am a wife and a mom on a mission, fighting against the vile and graphic material our children are being exposed to! I will fight against the indoctrination of CRT in our schools! We must put an end to this race devision and marxist ideologies!

We must fight for the innocent and defenseless!

We must fight for the unborn who cannot defend themselves. We are to be a shelter and protector of our children. We must put an end to these “Woke” and Marxist ideologies that are cancer in our communities and states. We must put God in the forefront of our nation once again and stop caving to these leftist, who are destroying this great country.[2]
