Cecilia Dyer
Cecilia Dyer was a 2014 candidate for the Eighteenth Circuit East in Arkansas.[1]
Biography
Education
Dyer earned a B.A. in 1983. She went on to earn her J.D. in 1990 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.[2]
Career
- 2008-Present: Attorney, Arkansas Department of Human Services, Division of Children and Family Services
- 1991-2007: Attorney in private practice
Dyer also worked as a deputy city attorney for the city of Hot Springs, primarily prosecuting for the city in the Garland County District Court.[2]
