Celestine Jeffreys
Celestine Jeffreys is a former at-large member of the Green Bay Board of Education in Wisconsin. She was first elected in 2010. Jeffreys' seat was up for general election on April 5, 2016. She lost her seat to Julie Jansch.[1]
Biography
Jeffreys is an active community member, having served on many boards including NeighborWorks, the Fox River Navigational Authority, and A Woman’s Place Advisory Board. She and her husband, Derek, have two sons who are students in the district.[2]

2016
Three of the seven seats on the Green Bay Area Public School District school board were up for general election on April 5, 2016. Members were elected at-large. The three incumbents -Celestine Jeffreys, Brenda Warren and Chris Wagner- ran for re-election to their seats. They faced challenger Julie Jansch in the general election. Jansch, Warren, and Wagner were elected to the three seats.[1]

Funding
Jeffreys reported no contributions or expenditures to the Green Bay City Clerk's Office in the election.[3] Any candidate spending or receiving less than $2,000 was not required to file a campaign finance report.[4]
