| “ | Shall the Board of Directors of the Central Jackson County Fire Protection District be
authorized to provide emergency ambulance service within the District and be authorized to levy an additional tax of not more than $0.15 on the $100 assessed valuation to provide funds for such service, $0.05 of which would be levied for the year 2013, and $0.05 of which would be levied for the year 2014, and the final $0.05 of which would be levied for the year 2015?[2][3] |
