My name is Cesar Aleman. I am a husband to my beautiful wife Alejandra with whom I’ve celebrated ten years being married. I’m blessed with two amazing children. I’ve lived in Arizona thirty-two years, twenty-five have been in LD11. I am proud to say that I am part of the first class to graduate from Cesar Chavez High School back in 2002. I have worked in both the non-profit and corporate world throughout my career, and I now work in full-time ministry at Laveen Baptist Church. I am passionate about serving our community and helping bring solutions to our needs.
  • I thank God for living most of my life in Arizona and seeing the growth throughout the years. Arizona has potential and District 11 can lead the way. Unfortunately, the increase in crime rate has affected our community. Whether the reason is due to Fentanyl or other factors, it is a situation that must be handled. We must hire more police officers and provide them with the training and resources they need to make the best decisions possible. We must support our community boards, and community partners to create a healthy and engaged community and find ways for those in our community to have a voice.
  • I support all life and we must defend and protect it. My goal is that every life has "the right to life, liberty, and the pursue of happiness" and this includes those in the womb.
  • My simple objective is to serve our community and every resident of District 11, giving them a much-needed community voice in the State House. It is time our public servants are serving our community and not their party affiliation or agenda. If elected, I will serve everyone, and not just the few.
Border Security (includes Human & Drug Trafficking), Pro-Life, State Budget Accountabilities, Education such as school choice, proper funding for our students and teachers.
An elected official must be willing to compromise. This means one must be humble and see what is best for all in our community. One must demonstrate transparency when it comes to public policies and monetary responsibilities.
It is a core responsibility of the elected official to be the representative of its voters. It is also his/her responsibility to meet the standards/duties of the position acquired.
I would like for others to learn to serve others. We are all imperfect, but God teaches us to love others including those that don't agree with us.
I think my first historical event that I remember was the Clinton/Monica Lewinsky. I was about 12 years old, but the most historical event that impacted my life and others was September 11. I was 18 years old.
My first job was at U-Haul Headquarters at age 16 for the summer. I did two summers.
I believe is ideal the state legislature and governor must work cohesively to meet the needs of the state.
Military Affairs, Public Safety and Border Security, Natural Resources, Ethics
Finacial transparency and government accountability is key to a healthy democracy. Our nation should be as Abraham Lincoln once said, a government of the people, by the people, for the people.
