Cesar Garcia
Cesar Garcia (Democratic Party) is a judge for Number 10 of the Bexar County Court of Law in Texas. He assumed office on January 1, 2023. His current term ends on December 31, 2026.

Biography
Cesar Garcia earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001, an M.B.A. from the Texas State University at San Marcos in 2003, and a J.D. degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2006. His career experience includes working as a lawyer at his private law firm. Garcia is a board member of the Rape Crisis Center and a volunteer mediator at the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center.[1]
