A Chagrin Falls Village Roadways Income Tax Increase measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Cuyahoga County, which is in Ohio where it was defeated.
This measure proposed to increase the income tax by .5% to a total of 2% in order to help cover the costs of improvement and maintenance of roads.[1]
