A Champaign Township City Property Tax Increase measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Champaign Township, which is in Champaign County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 8,563 (51.18%)Approveda
  • NO 8,167 (48.82%)[1]

This measure sought to increase local property taxes by $25 a year on average for homeowners in order for the city to add to the General Fund which goes towards helping residents in poverty.[2]
