A Champion Local School District Emergency Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Trumbull County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

If approved, this question would have authorized the Champion Local School District to impose an additional property tax levy of 4.95 mills ($4.95 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for 10 years in order to provide for the emergency requirements of the District. The sum to be generated by this tax is approximately $845,485 annually.[1]
